Overview

At Scent City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances, unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened perfumes or fragrances.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
